While it doesn’t seem like there is another acting project in the making for the actor with the directors of MCU, it is said that the Russo Brothers are in talks with Farhan and Riteish’s Excel Entertainment.
As reported by IANS, the Russo Brothers confirmed that they had a discussion with Excel Entertainment during a press conference in Mumbai. “We love what the two gentlemen (Farhan and Riteish) are doing with the material in India, they have a great knack for telling disruptive stories. Though things like this take time to materialize but we definitely Talking about developing something with them. For the unversed, Farhan and Riteish co-founded Excel Entertainment with Dil Chahta Hai. They were childhood friends before getting into commercial collaborations.
Meanwhile, Farhan is away from his cameo in Miss Marvel. The fourth episode of the mini-series starring Iman Vellani introduced Farhan as the leader of the Red Daggers. He helped Kamala Khan understand her family heritage and her true identity. In a recent interactive session, the actor-filmmaker answered some interesting questions about Marvel.
For Farhan, going to the MCU was like becoming a superhero. Sharing her first reaction to the news of Marvel Studios being cast in Miss Marvel, she said, “When someone tells you that you are going to be a part of the MCU you automatically feel like a superhero. I am one. Stood like a superhero, just missing his cape.”
